We, the Student Council of Nanyang Girls' High School, do hereby solemnly and sincerely pledge,

- to endeavour towards being exemplary in all we do

- that in the execution of our duties, we should always be just and fair, serving the school and the student body to our utmost, 

- to be true in mind and spirit to our council work, always giving our personal best wholeheartedly,

- to generate and instill Esprit de corps in the Nanyang Family, and

- to always be for and by the student body.

OBJECTIVES

1. To be thinking leaders who will continually strive for a better Nanyang in preparation for the 21st Century.

2. To be role models who are exemplary in conduct, academic work and CCA.

3. To act as a channel of communication between the student population and the school administration.

4. To uphold and maintain school values and ethos.

5. To promote loyalty and love for the school.

6. To do what is right and to believe in what we do.

7. To foster good relations between Nanyang and other schools.
